D-F and one touch timing with 1on1

Description
F1 begins drill with quick start
D grabs puck, skates out and makes crisp hard pass, then follows F1
F1 give and go to F2, then 1on1 with D
once F1 shoots, F2 goes mirroring drill.
Notes: this drill needs F going full speed in order to teach timing for passes. even if a pass is missed finish drill full speed and drive net. D take out F in front of net.
can add a level by keeping F1 and D1 battling in front of net as F2 and D2 go
