Description

X1 and X4 both begin the drill at the same time carrying the puck until they hit the blue line. Once they have reached the blue line, they pivot backwards carrying the puck until they reach the next blue line, where they pivot forwards again. They then proceed to carry the puck around the circle crossing over. Once they make it to the blue line, and it's timed properly, they will make the pass to the other player crossing the opposite blue line, and in return receive a pass from the other player. They then proceed to go in and take a shot on the goalie.
