Breakout-Stretch Flow

Diagrams     

Description

1. Drill begins on shot from X
2. X collects puck in corner, passes to X1 in middle.BLUE
3. X1 headmans to X2 who is stretching. GREEN(X2 started on X's shot)
4. X2 goes for shot, then collects puck in corner to begin drill from opposite end.
5. X1, after passing to X2, now becomes the stretch player. RED

Notes: Follow X1 to get an understanding of how the drill moves.
