Description

D1 skates down and picks up a puck off the wall.
D1 gets their feet moving and passes to D2 in the middle of the ice.
D2 shoots.
Coach 1 shoots a hard rimmed puck that D2 has to hustle to keep in.
D2 gets the puck, passes to D1 who has moved to the middle of the ice.
D1 receives it and gets a shot off quick.
Coach 2 rims a puck for D1.
Process repeats until each defence has shot twice.
