Description

This drill is designed to work on BO plus Back checking and entering our zone into DZ coverage, BO 5 on 0 while green line one touches a puck. Red line skates through middle with head up and may even go as far as to get a shot on goal---On a whistle Red line stops and tracks hard back up the middle and the green line attacks the far end. BUT must shoot a long shot and G puts rebound to corner. Becomes a 5 on 5 in d zone.

Line in reserve gets ready to break out of the other end and the Red lines starts to one touch pass in their half of NZ.. When ready to start again Coach shoots puck in
