Description

F1 leaves on a one on one with D1. (when they are done, defense goes to center ice, f1 goes to forward line up.

After F1 and D1 cross the blue line, F2 and F3 cross the ice and either drop pass, pass or keep the puck, go back the other way 2 on 1 against D2 who stepped out once D1 passed.

After F2, F3 and D2 cross the blue line, F4, F5, and F6 cross the blue line, pass or not, and go back on D3 3 on 1.

Once they cross the blue line, D4 steps out and F7 start the cycle over with 1 on 1.
