Tip/regroup/ 3 v 1 drill

Description

On whistle, X1 passes puck to D1 and all three forwards take off to follow their pattern.

X1 skates around the circle and takes position in front of net, ready for tip. X2 follows X1 but skates behind net and receives pass from Coach. X3 skates around circle (full circle).

D1 makes regroup pass to D2. D2 takes hard shot on net that X1 tries to tip.

After tip, all three forwards skate out of the zone and change direction in the neutral zone, and enter the zone to play 3 on 1 against D2.

Notes: Progression to play this 3 on 2.

Play out of both corners.
