Passing 1 on 1

Description

On the whistle D1 and D2 each skate forward to the red line and recieve a pass from F1 and F2.F1 and F2 will then move to the opposite defenceman and swing for the pass into the opposite zone.

As F1 and F2 are moving the Defenceman pivot and skate backward to faceoff dot where they will pass the puck to the opposite forward (D1 to F2 and D2 to F1)

After making the short pass the defenceman will then get to the far side of the ice to catch the forward (D1 to F1 and D2 to F2)for the one on one.
