Description

1 and 2 skate towards each other and do a quick give and go (1 starts with puck). 2 then skates to the location 1 started from and prepares to catch a pass from 3.

1 turns up ice and makes a pass to 4 (4 replaced 3 after the give and go), gets a quick pass back and drives to the net for a shot.

The drill runs from both sides simultaneously.

Notes: 2 and 4 must hustle to get into their new positions as they're giving a give and go with the other side.
