Description

On whistle 1st F and D take off. F has puck. At centre makes pass to D at Far Blue. F stops on wall while D turns up and hits F.
F carries wide w D Following for shot.
F pivots backward to slot for Shot 2.
Whistle starts next 2.

Notes: Fast pace. Quick feet and transition.
This is a full speed warm up drill.
