Description

Line up tires in tight pairs.

Coaches just off boards with pucks.

One attacker (X here) lines up on the outside and one Defender (O) lines up on the inside.

C passes to X off boards.

X attempts to skate between the tires, O uses body positioning and stick to defend tires.

If O creates turnover then O can skate between tires and X must defend.

Whoever carries the puck between the tires goes in to shoot on goal, or simply scores a point.
