Basic Goalie movement

Description

*Place Three (Sticks/Bumpers) Two/Three feet apart.
1. Goalie skates in proper position to first (stick)
2. Goalie shuffles along (stick)
3. Goalie moves to next (stick) and shuffles
4. When goalie finishes they skate backwards to goal line.

Notes: Goalie has to maintain proper positioning during drill. Body has to be square and stick should remain on ice throughout movements.
