2 Man Flow Drill

Diagrams

Description

O4 skates to the top of the circle and fires a shot.
O1 times his movement, skates behind the net and receives a pass from O5.
After O4 shoots, the player must curl or pivot to create the two on zero with O4.
Passes are made between the players.

Notes: The shot that is made from top of circle has to be made early. Make sure players don't walk in too close to net.
Timing around the net is important to allow the two on zero.
Encourage the players to make hard passes on tape and be creative.
