Description

1) Players form two lines.
2) On whistle, Player 1 from each line drive towards net.
3) Coach fires low puck toward goalie.
4) Both players fight for rebound.
5) Play 1-on-1 until play is whistled dead.

Notes: Loose Puck Rules:
- If first to puck, protect it.
- It tie to puck, jam opponents stick.
- If second to puck, take away time and space of opponent.
