Description

1- Simplified breakout drill from last week
After breakout pass, backcheck

2- X-Ice

3- Coach sends puck behind net. F1 picks up puck and tries to center it to slot. F2 moves to slot & gets open. D1 chases F1 behind net, D2 covers F2 in slot. Then 2 on 2

4- F1 receives pass from coach & skates behind net. F2 follows. F1 sends back pass off boards to F2 and skates to slot. F2 sends pass to F1 in slot.
