Description

Same drill on both sides

F and D battle for 10-15 seconds in front of the net establishing position

Coach shoots puck from point and allows F and D to battle for puck

Goalie is battling as well looking for shot and loose puck in front of net

Notes: Instructing Defense player to establish position in front of net and move Forward, legally, away from screening Goalie.

Teach Goalie to battle through screen and look for puck
