Description

1) Defenseman start drill skating backwards.
2) Coach dumps puck to either side along half wall.
3) RD pivots to retrieve puck, while LD skates to support position.
4) RD makes pass to LD (support).
5) LD skates puck out of zone and passes puck back to coach.
6) Both D head out of zone, while coach dumps puck to other half wall and drill continues.

Notes: - Continuous drill.
- Run a few reps, then switch defensemen.
