Description

X1 skates to center with an inside out pattern, picks up puck and drives wide around cone and takes a quick shot on goalie, drives net for a rebound.
X1 opposite end skates an outside in pattern, picks up puck dekes around coach and takes quick shot, drives net for rebound.
X2 can go on next whistle, doing same drill, players will need to switch side so they are working on both directions.
After coach will switch ends and players will switch skating patterns.
