Break out & Regroup

Description

Coach dumps puck in unit will breakout 5 on 0 before red line they pass coach in offensive zone the puck. F1 will pressure coach LD and RD have come up with the play. Coach will feed one of the defenseman with the puck. Forwards will regroup in neutral zone. Defense will move puck to weak side (D to D pass). Then puck will be moved to forwards that have regrouped. Forwards head into offensive zone as a 3 on 0. (Should have a good attack triangle) and take shot on goalie. Defenseman move up on play as well, after forwards have taken their shot the coach will pass one of them the puck and go back up the ice on a 3 on 2 using same principle as 3 on 0.
Once players have passed center new group of kids start drill in opposite end.

Notes: Lots of offensive option:
Shot, pass back door, pass high slot, middle lane drive, etc.
