Description

Opposite side go at same time, use whistle to control, players start backwards facing line, he starts backwards on whistle and receives a pass from first player in line, and returns pass as he skates backwards towards center ice (stay on your side of center).
When he has reached center he pivots and starts skating toward opposite line and receives a pass from first guy in that line, he returns puck back to player.
After returning pass the player heads up the boards and starts skating across at blue line towards middle of ice.
He then receives a pass from the first player in line from which he had started his drill.
After receiving the pass heads towards net and takes shot, finishing drill by driving net for rebound.
