Description

Players line up in opposite corners and on whistle, first players leave with the puck and at center puck is dropped.
Players the pivot and skate backwards around the circle, once they made it around circle player pivots and they pick up puck left by other player and skate down ice and take shot on goalie.
change drill by creating a 1 on 1 situation, or 2 on 1.
