Description

D1 skates forward towards other defense man and pivots, after pivoting he receives a pass from other defense man.
D1 then skates backwards into the defensive zone then pivots getting set to pass to forward on far side of the ice.
F1 on far side skates down the boards watching far defense man (he can start by transitioning watching puck carrier so he can work on timing (he can also do a stop and start transition as he prepares for pass)
After receiving the pass the forward drives towards the net and takes a shot, after shooting forward regroups behind the net and picks up puck and passes to defense man who has followed up the ice to take shot.
Forward goes to front of net for defense mans shot.
