Description

1) Player skates towards middle and pivots as he is skating backwards he receives pass from coach, player uses wrist shot or snap shot
2) Players skate in and receive pass from coach and take shot in one motion (outside shoot in stride)
3) Player (one at a time) skates from corner and has to take shot on goalie (he can choice what cones he wants to shoot between, goalie has to follow shooter.
PLAYERS NOW MOVE UP THE WALL SO THEY ARE OUT OF WAY.
4)F1 drives around top of circle and shoots on goalie and stays high in slot as F2 drives F1 times it that he is crossing goalies path of sight just before F2 is going to shoot, F2 then stays high in slot, F1 retrieves a puck that has been left there before they started shooting, F1 starts cycle and F2 drives to below goal line to pick up puck, F1 goes high slot and prepares for pass from F2.
(Try and shoot puck in movement so goalie has no time to get set)

Notes: On cycle any one can shoot if goalie is cheating make him pay
On shooting drill 1 and 2 coach can shoot and if he scores goalie will do 10 up and downs.
