Description

1) Coach rims the puck (vary speed) Players read the speed and trajectory, recover the puck and pass puck back to coach using the quickest route, he then supports above the circle, receiving pass back from the coach and shoots.

2) Start with two players on blue line on one knee, puck is dumped in and players compete 1 on 1 for 20 seconds.

3) Dman starts on one knee, facing coach, forward is on blue line, puck is dumped in and players compete 1 on 1, Dman contains forward to outside by angling the forward to boards.
