Description

Coach passes puck to either X1, the player that doesn't get the pass defends or is defense (O1) (1 on 1) (10 sec)
New puck (2 on 1) passed to O2 (10 sec)
New puck (2 on 2) passed to X2

The original 2 players are in the entire drill, on whistle pass to O1 to start new sequence, alternate first pass between X & O's

Both ends go(whistle will be blown to start each session)
