Description

On whistle Coach will dump puck F1 will get puck and set up Box plus One, Players will one touch pass puck to next whistle.
On whistle they will make one more pass and shot, try and make pass to player in center for the first bit of drill.
After shot first group skates down ice and does it again, a new group of 5 come on ice and start drill again in first end.
So there is two groups doing passing at both ends, on whistle, one pass, shot, new group in first zone other group goes to other side.

Notes: At other end we can always set up 1-3-1 power play as well and work on it.
