Escape Turn Drill

Diagrams     

Description

1) Players form two lines in opposite corners.
2) First player skates backward toward first cone.
3) When he reaches cone, he must perform an outside escape move around cone.
4) Following escape move, he must pivot to backwards skating again toward the next cone.
5) When he reaches the 4th cone he will perform the escape move, then skate forward for shot on net.

Notes: - With or without pucks.
