Description

(red and blue) 2 on one in corner. Create time and space. Have D turn stick upside down if necessary. Movement by both forwards necessary to create time and space. Make a good pass, shoot.

(Green) Skating circuit. Forward: Inside edges, outside edges, one foot alternating edges(R then L). Backwards: Inside edges, outside edges, one foot alternating edges (L then R).
