Everyone - 2 hands on stick & head on a swivel
LD - Player on puck or puck carrier
RD - Player holds net front, taking away options
C - Player is in support of D and picking up any opposing player
LW - Player takes away opposing D. Chest to boards.
RW - Player in mid-slot supporting RD and taking away options
