Description

F = Start of drill will pivot and pick up a puck after skating around top cone. Then drive wide w/ puck below bottom cone and drive out in front of the net or execute wrap around for a shot.

D = Start of drill, skate backwards and pivot around bottom cone. Skate forward around middle cone and take a proper angle to force wide drive of F. Preventing them from straight drive to the net.

Notes: Drill can run on both sides. Coach to start drill with whistle to control both sides safely.

Add in option for forward to eliminate the wide drive and go straight to the net if the defense does not take a good angle forcing the wide drive. Allow this option in later reps.
