Defensive Puck Retrieval and Passing/Shot

Diagrams

Description

The coach dumps the puck and the player retrieves the puck on an angle. The pass back to the coach and the coach repeats the dump and the player retrieves the puck again. This can be repeated two to three times. On the final retrieval, the player makes a pass to the coach who passes the puck back to the player skating in motion who then does a turn around the far pylon and skates towards the net for a shot.

Notes: The players need to pick up the puck on an angle. When making the pass to the coach they keep their feet moving. The final pass should be done in motion (i.e. player is skating into the last coach pass).
