Description

Various skating and puck control skills clearly demonstrated and then executed. Coaches positioned in N-zone for immediate feedback and correction.

Notes: - Forwards without the puck, backwards without the puck
- Start backwards and pivot forward at redline
- Start forwards and pivot backwards at redline
- Forwards with the puck, backwards with the puck
- Carry the puck and go to the opposite side of the coaches stick
- Forwards with the puck and through a pylon course
