Description

D line up in the slot. On whistle, first d sprints backwards to front of the net. Then quick sprints to low boards, touches boards, sprints back to front of the net. Sprints to corner, touches boards, sprints back to front of the net. Sprints to hash marks on boards, sprints back to front of net.

When D in front, hits hash mark boards, next D sprints backwards to front of net, D that is finishing sequence will tell him Go, simulating game where D switch sides to defend puck.
