Defenseman and a Forechecker start at the blueline. Coach dumps the puck to the side of the net for the D to retrieve. D then has to react to the pressure given by the forechecker.
Option 1 (Black & Red) - D can out skate the forechecker around the net and make an outlet pass to the RW. The LW then moves to the center ice for a pass and shot on net. The RW goes to the net for a deflection/rebound.
Option 2 (Green & Purple) - D cannot beat the forechecker around the net so then completes an escape and then completes an outlet pass to the LW. The RW then moves to the center ice for a pass and shot on net. The LW goes to the net for a deflection/rebound.
Complete dump ins from both sides so both the RD and LD work on their strong and weak sides.
