Diagrams

Description

Attack triangle warm-up phase 2

Simple second step of attack triangle sequence

In phase 2 - two players from same line will be going - first player is F1 and goes wide, second player is F3 and is providing support

To start,

X1 passes to O1

X1 skates around the pylon, X2 waits a second and then follows X1

O1 passes back to X1, X1 goes wide and then passes to X2 who is trailing the play providing support. X2 then shoots on net and X1 and X2 go to the end of the opposite line from where they started

O1 will then pass to X2 and the drill continues.
