Description

O's move up the wall on whistle with the puck. X angles down on O and gets shoulder in front and angles to the boards. X lifts stick after pinning O, takes the pucks and turns 180 degrees and attacks the net. O backchecks.

Notes: **Focus is on technique, good shoulder position, take out hands, stick lift and come away with the puck. **Need to make contact 100% of the time. NO BODY, NO PUCK! Push inside skate to boards to control O.
