Description

X's start backward from their line executing a couple of touch passes. X's then spin out toward the wall and head to the middle of the rink where they pass to O, then pivot backward to receive the pass back. X passes to the other O, pivots backward to receive the pass back, then pivots back forward to shoot on net. Players end up shooting in the same end they started the drill.

Notes: Can be set up from all 4 corners of the blue lines - opposite corners go on the whistle - O's can be coaches or players
