One line focuses on tight offsetting turns and the other line quicker and softer turns. Both are done at full speed with a puck. Players should get to the centre of the ice before taking a shot to increase options for scoring on the goalie.

Notes: A back checker can be introduced to put pressure on the skater with the puck.
