Location: Quarter ice
Setup: Make two lines of players by the blue line. Make sure pucks are close by. Place a net on the goal line at the bottom of the circle as shown.

Place 3 cones down the middle to use as markers for the players to pass between.

Progression #1: Add a coach playing dummy defense. Players now must think about getting their pass through.
