Location: Neutral Ice
Setup: Players lined up against the boards
Descriptions: Players follow the coaches direction skating back and forth in neutral ice.
Key teaching points: Finding your central of balance, having your skates on the ice with your toes pointed forward

#1 - C-cuts (both legs together) / alternating legs
#2 - Sculling
#3 - Backwards (bum out, back slightly bent, bottom hand of stick up at chest)
#4 - Glide on one leg. Rotate both legs. Slightly bend front knee. Stick in front.
#5 - T-pushes, alternating legs per rep
#6 - Touch one knee the ground while balancing on the other. Try on both sides
#7 - Slide on your belly
