Players line up on bench in order of number.
the goal is to complete circuits and pass players ahead of you.

1. player leaves bench, retrieves puck in corner, drives around own net, performs give and go with coach, accelerating up the ice.
the player goes when the previous player makes her pass.
2. player drives wide the length of the ice and shoots to score.
if there is a player shooting on goal, stop and take a slap shot to return pucks to far end.
3. skate full speed as in backchecking role, retrieve puck.
4. drive to center, dump puck in and get off the ice.
