Startcuts and full speed down and around the circle and out to the corner - Stop
Sidstep in to goalie cage - Stop
Backwards powerskating all the way out of the zone.
Change side.
Drill is excellent as a finish of the warm up.
Do it at least 2 times on each side.

Notes: Players shall always face forwards, (down into the zone).
Next player starts when the prior is passing the cone on its way out.
