Lactic Two Defense, Three Fowards

Description

1. Players are in 4 groups, with 2 D's and 3 F's in each group
2. The F's skate to the far blue line, perform crossover steps right and left and skate back to the goal line
3. The D's skate to the center line, perform crossover steps right and left, skate backward to the near blue line, pivot (facing center ice) and skate forward to the goal line
4. Goalies may skate with the D's
