On whistle, X 1 and X2 skate fast forward with puck, go wide laterally across ice around the next pylons (or do not use pylons but indicate how far you want them to skate laterally)then out wide and come in for shot on goalie from high/wide slot area. Go to back of other line.

Once X1 and X2 pass last pylons, next skaters go.

Switch sides after 3 mins. (x-over R to L)
