Description
Station 1- 3 man cycle 2 times cycle then into 2 on 1 with second guy of cycle being defense.
Station 2- Double Peanut drill with over lap peanut set up. Agility training
Station 3- 2 on 1 with back checker.
Station 4- 3 man weave with possible 2 on 1 after weave is done right having first guy with puck become Defense.
Station 5 2 on 1 with out of corner with net drive. 2nd forward drives behind net then drives net. shot or pass. with net crash.
