This sequence is meant to do continuously in the following order:

1) Inside Edges - Forward

2) Outside Edges - Forward

3) Left Foot Alternating Edges - Forward

4) Right Foot Alternating Edges - Forward

5) Inside Edges - Backwards

6) Outside Edges - Backwards

7) Left Foot Alternating Edges - Backwards

8) Right Foot Alternating Edges - Backwards

1) Inside Edges - Forward

2) Outside Edges - Forward

3) Left Foot Alternating Edges - Forward

4) Right Foot Alternating Edges - Forward

5) Inside Edges - Backwards

6) Outside Edges - Backwards

7) Left Foot Alternating Edges - Backwards

8) Right Foot Alternating Edges - Backwards

As players progress, more advanced edge drills can be substituted, however it is always good for players to practice the basics.
