On whistle X1, X2, X3 skate through there lanes on a breakout and receive a pass from far side, skaters break down 3 on 0 setting up the attack triangle and driving the middle foward towards the net.
Option one is to pass to the foward coming across the middle for shot.
Drill Progression would be add a D man for a 3 on 1 situation, then add a second D man for a 3 on 2 situation.
When adding a D man(1) add a pass from the corner and D man walking to middle for shot, when adding d Man(2) add a pass from the corner and then a pass across between D man to set up a one timer from point.
Fowards start after shot from point.
