1st player in each line races one another.
1. Skate to the cone at the top of the circle, turn and pivot around the cone.
2. Skate backward to the cone along the sideboard, turn and pivot around the cone.
3. Skate forward to the cone at the hash marks, turn and pivot around the cone.
4. Skate backward to cone at the bottom of the circle, turn and pivot around the cone.
5. Skate forward out around the neutral zone face-off dot and around the far cone inside the blue line towards the puck.
6. 1st player to the puck takes and skates in for a shot.
7. 2nd player to the puck backchecks and tries to defend.
8. Both get to play for the rebound.

Notes: Perform at both ends of the ice if enough players available.
