4 Square - 1-2-3-1
Description
Using a 4-square box, athlete begins with both feet in box 1 and jumps both feet to box 2, and quickly jumps both feet to box 3. Athlete returns to box 1 and repeats the sequence.
Notes: Use an athletic stance, land on the balls of the feet, keep knees bent and land softly.
