Goalie starts at post cone. Goalie T-cuts to corner cone. Goalie shuffles to apex cone. Goalie then looks at post cone and with a hard drive butterfly slides back to post cone. Goalie must stop slide at or around post being sure to keep chest up. Drill is repeated 5 times for each side.
